Communications and Engagement Manager

About the Alliance for Youth Justice

The Alliance for Youth Justice (AYJ) advocates for and with children to drive positive change in youth justice. We bring together 80 member organisations, ranging from national charities to grassroots groups to influence policy, legislation, and practice. We champion a system underpinned by social justice and children’s rights and focused on long term positive outcomes. We aim to promote widespread understanding about the underlying causes of children coming into contact with the justice system, and champion approaches to enable them to reach their full potential.

Our work is underpinned by our core values and a commitment to equity, anti racism and justice. Across everything we do we strive to be Collaborative, Child-centred, Anti-discrimination, Credible, Independent and Tenacious.
